This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and who else it passes through. We are a small custom laser engraving business based in Jacksonville, Florida. We do not sell your information to anyone.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you request a quote, place an order, or contact us through a form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your shipping and billing address
- Any design files, artwork, logos, or images you upload for engraving
- Any details you include about your project
Information created when you order. We generate an order reference number for each job and store it alongside your order details so we can track your project through production.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used for security and to keep the site running. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking on this site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use what we collect to:
- Respond to quote requests and answer questions
- Produce, proof, and fulfill your order
- Contact you about your project, including proofs and approvals
- Ship your order and resolve any delivery problems
- Keep records of completed work, including for reorders
- Meet tax and accounting obligations
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.
3. Design Files You Upload
Files you send us for engraving are stored so we can produce your order and handle reorders or replacements. We treat these as your material. We do not sell them, license them, or share them with anyone outside the production of your order.
We may photograph finished work for our portfolio, website, or social media. If your piece contains personal information — a name, a date, a private message, a company logo you would rather we not display — tell us and we will not photograph it or will obscure those details. Just ask; we would rather know beforehand.
4. Who Else Handles Your Information
We use a small number of outside services to run this site. Each one only receives what it needs:

When you submit a form, the contents pass through Web3Forms' servers on the way to our inbox. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. How Long We Keep It
We keep order records and associated files for as long as needed to run the business — typically so we can handle reorders, warranty questions, and tax records. Quote requests that do not become orders are kept for a limited period and then discarded.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 7). We may need to retain certain records where the law requires it.
6. Security
We use reputable hosting and database providers, and access to customer data is limited to the two people who run this business. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices

- Ask what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Request deletion of your information and uploaded files
- Ask that we not photograph or display your finished piece
We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law; contact us and we will work with you.
8. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function — such as those set by our hosting provider. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
10. Changes to This Policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated directly where practical.
